Accessibility statement
Slocky's Enterprise is committed to making our website, digital booking flows and in-person services usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes what we currently support, our known limitations and how you can request help.
Our commitment
We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort. New pages and features are reviewed for basic accessibility before release, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve.
Standards we follow
We aim to align with the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is a good-faith target, not a certification.
Features enabled today
- Semantic HTML for headings, landmarks and forms.
- Keyboard navigation across menus, forms, calendars and dialogs.
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Colour contrast tuned for readable body and control text.
- Descriptive text for images used in listings and vehicle details.
- Multilingual interface (English, Spanish, French) with a language switcher.
- Responsive layout that reflows on mobile, tablet and desktop.
- Form fields with labels, inline validation and error messages.
Known limitations
Some third-party embeds (maps, video, payment forms) may not fully meet our target. When you encounter one, contact us and we will provide the information or transaction over email, phone or WhatsApp.
In-person accessibility
For pick-ups, tours and transfers we can arrange step-free vehicles, wheelchair-friendly transfers where available, and additional assistance on request. Please tell us your needs when you book so we can prepare the right vehicle and route.
Report a barrier
If any page or booking step is difficult to use, tell us what happened, the page URL and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

These documents are being prepared with our owner, insurer and a licensed Grenadian lawyer. Sections still marked "Pending legal approval" will not be published until they are formally approved.
In the event of a conflict between translations, the English version shall prevail, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
