Slocky's Enterprise (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates a group of travel and mobility services in Grenada, West Indies: vehicle rentals, taxi and transportation, guided tours and the Davy's Auto workshop. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

We only collect information that is necessary to provide our services and to comply with the law:

  • Identity and contact: full name, email, phone, preferred language, country.
  • Driver information (rentals): licence number and country, years of experience, date of birth, ID copy at pick-up.
  • Booking and transaction: vehicle/tour/service, dates, locations, prices, deposits, payment references (we do not store full card numbers), invoices, refunds.
  • Communications: messages, calls, WhatsApp, contact forms, complaint records.
  • Technical: IP address, device, browser, cookies and similar identifiers.
  • Location and vehicle: pick-up/drop-off; if you accept a GPS-equipped vehicle, journey metadata during the rental period.
  • Incident and safety: accident reports, damages, insurance claims, vehicle photos, CCTV at our premises.

2. Why and on what legal basis we use your information

  • Performance of a contract — quoting, booking, payment, delivery, invoicing and after-sales support.
  • Legal obligations — tax and accounting records, licensing, road-transport regulations, anti-fraud checks.
  • Legitimate interests — security of premises and vehicles, fraud prevention, debt recovery, dispute resolution, legal defence.
  • Consent — non-essential cookies, optional marketing and any additional use. Withdrawable at any time.

3. Who we share your information with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only when necessary with:

  • Payment processors and card acquirers.
  • Insurers, loss adjusters and legal counsel where an incident or claim requires it.
  • Tour partners, drivers and mechanics involved in your booking.
  • Government authorities, police and courts when required by law.
  • Technology providers (hosting, database, email, analytics) under written contracts.

4. International transfers

Some providers process information outside Grenada, West Indies. We rely on contractual safeguards and recognised security standards. More information at privacy@slockysenterprise.com.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Active bookings and correspondence: up to 12 months after service completion.
  • Financial and tax records: 7 years, as required by Grenadian rules.
  • Incident, accident and insurance files: up to 10 years or the applicable statute of limitations.
  • Marketing preferences and cookie consents: until you change or withdraw them, or 24 months of inactivity.
  • CCTV recordings: up to 30 days, unless retained for a specific incident.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdraw consent, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or file a complaint with a competent authority.

7. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk: HTTPS, role-based access, row-level security, secret rotation and regular access reviews. If we become aware of a breach likely to affect you, we notify you and the relevant authority in accordance with the law.

8. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without parental consent.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “Effective date” above tells you when the current version applies. Significant changes will be notified by email or a prominent site notice.

Language of the documents
