Vehicle pick-up & return checklist

Print this page or use it on your phone during pick-up and return. Signing it protects both you and Slocky's Enterprise — it captures the exact condition of the vehicle at each hand-over.

Documents

  • Driver's licence (original) held for at least 2 years.
  • Government ID or passport.
  • Booking confirmation with reference number.
  • Payment card in the driver's name for the deposit.
  • Second driver's licence and ID, if applicable.

Vehicle walk-around (photos required)

  • Front, back and both sides (whole vehicle).
  • All four wheels and tyres.
  • Windscreen and windows — close-ups of any chip or crack.
  • Bumpers and mirrors.
  • Roof (where reachable) and underbody edges.
  • Interior: dashboard, seats, floor mats, boot.

Fuel, mileage and controls

  • Fuel level on dashboard — same level required at return.
  • Odometer reading recorded on the check-out sheet.
  • All warning lights off before departure.
  • Lights, indicators, wipers and horn tested.
  • Air-conditioning tested.
  • Spare tyre, jack and warning triangle present.

Keys and access

  • Number of keys / fobs delivered noted (same to be returned).
  • Fuel cap key present, if applicable.
  • Baby / booster seat installed and checked, if requested.

Damage sheet

  • Any pre-existing scratch, dent or interior stain circled on the vehicle diagram.
  • Photos of every marked area attached to the file.
  • Both the customer and the agent initial the sheet.

In case of emergency

  • Ambulance / police / fire: 911 (Grenada).
  • Slocky's Enterprise 24/7 support: +1 (473) 000-0000.
  • Do not admit fault. Do not sign third-party documents. Call us within 1 hour of any incident.
  • For any accident, request a police report within 24 hours — required for insurance.

This checklist supports the Vehicle Rental Agreement; it does not replace it. Insurance coverage, excess and exclusions are set out in the Agreement.

Language of the documents

In the event of a conflict between translations, the English version shall prevail, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
