Cancellation or refund request

Formally request the cancellation of a booking, a refund, or a rescheduling. Please read our Booking, Payment, Cancellation and Refund terms before submitting.

We review each request individually. Fees may apply according to our cancellation policy and the time remaining before the service.

Language of the documents

In the event of a conflict between translations, the English version shall prevail, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
